I have two usual places here. Got invited to a new place, that was supposed to be pretty profitable.

I've never been in this situation really before so wanted to know if I should be changing my raising ranges etc, or what I should do differently.

The blinds were 2/5. Everyone bought in for either 200 or 400.

I only knew 2 of the players.
It was 9 handed for the first few hours.

Almost everyone at the table was there more for the gamble than the skill. Almost always 6 people to the flop.

Everytime I raised(from late) whoever had limped in ALWAYS called, pretty much regardless of how much I pumped it up. They paid no attention whatsoever to who was the initial raiser. in the first two hands I got up to 600(Aces and a set)
So I had 120 blinds, but when it gets to me in CO or button and I have KQs or 99, etc, nice normal raising hands, I pump it up, 4 ppl had already limped, the BB calls, and all the limpers call. By the time it gets back to me there is usually a lot of action already taken place.
I raised with jacks, ace king, queens, had to lay them all down without even being asked to bluff off a continuation bet. Basically if I dont hit strong, there is no point playing. And trust me, one of them called a reasonable all in with four diamonds to a flush and he had the 2 diamonds

So the obvious answer to this table is to play super nitty.
What I have been second guessing myself on, is should I keep raising with hands like KQs, ATs, Medium pairs, when there is most likely going to be a lot of callers.

If I dont hit, which will happen a lot and I never get the chance to continue my bet, I only have 120bbs, so raising is expensive and short stacking me pointlessly. BUT it just doesnt feel right limping with them.

Im not sure if I have made sense, or asked a proper question, but any tips or ideas on how to handle these kind of tables would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Results: I played super tight and took a litttle bit over a 1000. Playing on the pool table kicked ass, because of the light in the middle hanging down, made it feel all movie and shady like. I did manage one bluff, with Krablar, they had lost enough to me when I was showing quality hands. I raised preflop, 4 callers, ace came on the board, I bet out. they folded, I turned over Krablar and said "Pinch! Pinch!" They muttered hebrew to each other

No. This table doesn't require nitty play at all. Find monsters of all kinds as the board develops and bet them hard for value. That means stop raising PF for value -- with so many hands seeing a flop, there really is no value to almost any hand PF. Get your value when you see the board.

I think this is an interesting question because I have a hard time with these kinds of tables, too. Are you saying maybe play more suited connectors and Axs and try to hit the big hands since that is where the value will be in addition to limping bigger hands pf?

Raising non-premium holdings into a table of loose calling stations is not going to be profitable. I would be shoving my premium hands PF. Getting value out of strong hands once we see the board is where we're making money here, I think.

I mean, it's hard to put people on a range of hands, when their range is virtually ATC at any price. So we regress to level one and just play our cards.
