Hey everyone,

I wanted to read poker book dedicated to no limit holdem cash games, Harrington is releasing his 2 volumes on it soon but i'm not sure how proved he is as a cash game player.
What do you think is the best read out there for no limit holdem cash games?

Cheers

Antonio Esfandiari's book is a decent read and worth the price. Although he made his name through his WPT victory, the guy is a NLHE cash game specialist and is as good as anyone at that game, imo. I go back to it if I have any kind of rough stretch to sort of get re-grounded.

I heard Antonio didn't go very in depth with his strategies and have heard the book overall as a disappointment although I have not read it. Just the rumor on the streets.

It's easy to pick on it because 1) it's a WPT book and it's about cash games, and 2) he covers the most basic of basics, such as the rules of NLHE. But there's advanced stuff as well.

If you're very experienced, you might have a tough time finding much out there about NLHE cash that will be completely new to you. I'm looking forward to Harrington's stuff.

Two+two only put out top quality pokerbooks, so if you should still question if harrington can write a good cash poker book check out the table content, it looks amazing ~ also Harrington has been crushing cash since the 80's.

as dan the man said , TAP from 2+2 is good but there is also a great read called "professional nlhe" also printed from 2+2 but that might be a little advanced for you.

and then there is SS1 written by doyle.

Antonio's book is more of light poker read - not really theory ~
