What video games are you currently playing/can't wait to play in the future.

I am currently running through Resistance: Fall of Man on PS3 for the 5th time (greatest game ever).
Also playing some wii tennis, and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal.

I don't play console games besides GuitarHero and Tony Hawk.

However, I've played an FPS (Unreal Touranment GOTY99) for the past 7 years or so and I currently play that and an mmorpg called 2 Moons.

I think video games are extremely childish (though I will play the new Madden when it comes out). I can not see how people get pleasure shooting aliens, but if it makes them happy then whatever.

I'm probably going to have to end up getting a PS3 for Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid, and Final Fantasy.

The best game that I've played in a LONG time was Gears of War. Certainly my favorite FPS ever (in co-op mode with a friend, of course).

Yeah GTA IV is the one I am waiting for.

to get technical Gears of War is a TPS not an FPS

but a fun game nonetheless

I mainly "revisit" classics:

Currently:

Ninja Gaiden I/II (I still frustrates me to no end. I hate World 6.)
Final Fantasy IV DS: You're allowed three playthroughs max on the same file* (Similar to Chrono Trigger's New Game+, but extremely restricted.)
Tetris: NES version.

I play Super Smash Bros Melee from time to time, waiting for the new Brawl game for the Wii.

*There's an optional boss I never got to fight, and I started a new file so I can. Other than some new features and a graphic overhaul, it's the same as the SNES/PSX/GBA versions (currently available by import only, so stay away if a) you don't know Japanese or b.) haven't played it before) - the last one I bought that wasn't a re-release was that turd X-2, and I played it for less than 10 minutes.
