BB bets $1.2, Hero raises to $5, MP folds, CO folds, BB raises to $5.45, Hero calls $0.45.

His pushing the stack in means I'm beat here right? It could only mean a small set. Obviously for just the little extra I'm not folding but did I overvalue this hand?

some players will ONLY check flop, shove safe turn with sets on drawing boards. you can sometimes flat call these sorts of guys here. but don't default to that or you'll lose lots of value.
