Call the turn and see what hits the river to determine whether or not to lead out or c/r.

Either lead the flop (I love me a good donkbet), or since you checked, call the turn, and then lead out on any river with a nice value bet of like $10-11.
Citizen Erased
I bet the flop light - maybe like $2.2ish.
Chances are, two overs are calling, and anything that will actually pay you may just be kind enough to raise.
Checking just kills any future action, based on experience.

ACK .... minraise the flop please. Minraise the turn please. That get most villains SO priced in at the river he has to call the shove.
