I just did another 5k tonight because I wasn't feeling creative enough to figure out a different run. Finished in 22:20. Considering my legs were sort of tired from last night, I'm fine with that.
Also, I definitely need to get me one of them fancy watches.
geez, that's still pretty fast. but yah, those marathon dudes are insane, 12.2 mph is super fast even for 5k.

watch. It doesn't come out for a month or two but It looks awesome. My brother has
this one, but it has a fairly big receiver that you have to wear on your belt. This new garmin has everything in the watch itself. If it gets good reviews I will probably pick it up.
