PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

SB ($2.60)
Hero ($15.55)
UTG ($30.65)
MP ($10.35)
CO ($5.10)
Button ($6.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, J, 6, Q.

Flop: ($0.40) Q, J, T (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.2, UTG folds, MP raises to $1, SB folds, Hero calls $0.80.

Turn: ($2.40) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $2.3,

Obviously I feel I am against an AK broadway straight, but with my top two pair and K high flush draw on turn and villian potting on the turn, are these odds to call?
Kick
well there are 9 flushcards and 5 fullhousecards (dont doublecount Jh)of total 44 cards which will probably win you the pot. lets say there are two Aces left which will split
so we have 15cards which will win you the pot and 44-2-15=27 where you lose.
pot is $4.7, you have to pay 2.3 -> 2.05:1; 27:15 -> 1.8:1
so its close but its a close call. if you think you still get a little bit money on the river if you hit, its even not very close anymore.

Raise preflop.

I check the flop and see what happens. I don't like your small bet really.

Turn is an easy check/call.

i like the pf raise too. if we make a big str8 we will get called down or even re raised by the sucker end a lot.
