I just don't feel like I played this well - I know some people would repop it from the blinds, but if he calls (as he would here) I would still put in the same amount of money (about) and be out of position. Do most people lead the flop? Is the fold too nitty? I don't really know this guy, except for seeing him around at some other tables.

I'd repop it preflop against an unknown. I'd expect our JJ to be better than his range opening from the cut-off. Check/raise feels good. I'm pretty lost after his reraise, honestly.

do you know anything about him? You're pretty much repping an fd given postflop so it's hard to tell what he'll 3bet you with...it could be a draw, monster draw, nut draw, set, TT+

Pleeeeaase pllleeeeaaase change the name of this thread.

I guess repop it preflop... post flop seems pretty solid... I'm not exactly comfortable shoving jacks there

i'm fine with the way this was played. mikey is right though that your reraise is screaming fd. i think a reraise pf would narrow the villians range.

I nearly puked in school when my friend told me what the modified thread title is about...

I'd re-pop pre normaly, but i think calling can be good in certain spots and situations.

It makes the flop a bit tougher though in spots like this as your hand is under-repped a bit, like David i'm pretty lost to his re-raise, but i think folding is probably correct.

The phrase "you don't want to know" if an incredibly bad and stupid cliche as most of the time people DO want to know, but seriously, you don't want to know.

QFT

Hand clearly needs to be repopped preflop. If you're only gonna 3-bet KK/AA oop that's very weak. JJ is a clear 3-bet here and probably a lot more lesser hands are.

Thanks for the vague PM that essentially lets me know why I don't wanna know this stuff.

Also, 2nd bannable offense offered by Zach today.

Can we start a new thread and sticky it that contains all offenses that are bannable upon Zach's whim?

agree.

I re-pop pf. and I probably c/r and fold to a 3-bet.

my other line would be lead flop, call a raise, and try and check/call to showdown because I'm lost
