Without reads, I think this is a good fold. If you don't fold, there is no way all the money doesn't go in somewhere in the hand, and we have a weakish top pair on a draw heavy board against a pre-flop 3 caller... that all spells disaster for me.

Folding the flop is ok.

I don't like preflop at all. Your raise amount is far too big.
