I played this horribly. Nothing concrete on villain.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($4)
UTG ($10)
MP ($0.30)
Button ($7.70)
SB ($5.85)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, A.
UTG raises to $0.4, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.30.

Flop: ($0.85) 2, 5, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.5, Hero raises to $1, UTG calls $0.50.

Turn: ($2.85) K (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

River: ($2.85) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.6

Final Pot: $2.85

What should be my move here? My thoughts at this point were 65% fold, 35% call and if he has it, he has it.

fold
if your gonna check raise the flop id raise to 1.50-2.00 range
If you get called and the heart comes ( as it did) shut down
your basically getting 2 to 1 to make the call you think he doesnt have a heart 1 in 3 times and makes that bet?
fold

Raise more on the flop if you intend to raise. This isn't limit poker.

When the heart come, you're basically dead. The river bet is giving you around 2:1, and even when you aren't beat, you're chopping. Just fold.

Results:

Villain: Nice call. I was bluffing, I just have black pocket 6s.
Hero: **** ME!

your stack is short enough to raise AI on the flop here. definitely take that min raise and put it away.
