Should I be betting here as a semi bluff?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9:heart:, T:heart:.
1 fold, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 6:heart:, Q:heart:, K:spade: (3 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (2.50 BB) 5:club: (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 ...

Yes, you have probably 12 clean outs and the other player isn't showing strength. He could be on some kind of draw himself.

I like betting...you're not wining the pot with T-high. But if he's a calling station betting sooks.

Bet on the river if you've got Anything at all on him, even if he calls you wierd! theres what... 5.5 BB's when it hits the river... You only have to beat him 1/5 times roughly to make it worth betting on the river... If you're going to bet the draw... and he isn't re-raising and You sense any hesitation, its worth the bet.
