Heads up, I didn't see any reason to raise preflop. I was just trying to milk a few bucks out of him if i hit top pair.
Played well?

NO! Raise preflop with KQ, especially suited. Make it 3-4xBB to go. If you hit, the pot's larger for you. Too many people want to see a cheap flop with a crappy hand and will fold to a preflop raise. Raise it up and clean up as much trash as you can.
On the flop, you hit - so raise MORE than the minimum. That does nothing for you. It's a 2 suit flop, make him pay to draw.
On the turn you bet 1/3 of the pot. 1/3! You only have 2 pair with 2 straight draws, a possible straight, and 2 flush draws. Bet $3 or $3.50 here.
River - If you think you have the best hand, bet $10. If you don't, then decent bet to get off cheaply I suppose.
Overall, you played it like crap.

make a 3.5 BB raise PF. KQs is a premium hand, you want to get value out of it.
flop: Just bet out a little more then the pot size, about $2 or $1.5. since you didn't do that, you need to Raise it to around $2/$2.5 on your CR. don't make minimum raises, they will be bad for you in the end.
turn: $1 is a massive underbet of teh pot. Just bet out $3 and you'll be fine. YOu have top two and the second nut flush draw
River: make the bet around $8.5 here, I think you can get more value out your opponent

But what do you do when you miss the flop after not raising?
When there is one limp and you have BB w. Qs Ks I think raise and bet if I missed the flop or hit Top Pair

When there is one limp and you have BB w. Qs Ks I think raise and bet if I missed the flop or hit TPTK. But after you hit TPTK and a flush draw, definitley push and raise, nothing you can do if he just calls you down on the river.
fyi, QK can never hit TPTK.

i don't know if i misread something from the OP, i misread something from your post, or you misread it, but he flopped TPGK with the flush draw...making his opp pay to draw to a flush that hero is hitting is kind of odd...although i agree, the hand was played like crap, just for slightly different reasons

Lmao, I misread that. I didn't see he was on a flush draw. Still, it's not the nut flush draw. The minimum reraise still does absolutely nothing except shout "Hey! I've got a f'n hand over here!" You raise to about $2.5 (making it 2.25 for him to call). There's no excuse for what he did, especially with the straight draw also out there.

I'd definetly bet out around the size of the pot regardless of what came. Then again, this might just be a limit triat that's gotten bred in me, as I haven't played that much NL in the past few months

Here's what ended up happening.
a) I check min. raised the flop for value. Clearly, he's way behind, but I don't want him gone quite yet. Maybe he thinks I'm bluffing?

I weak lead the turn, and it worked perfectly, but I want him to call my reraise. Got him to put 5$ in on the turn.
c) I think he's got Kx on the river, and don't want him to fold. I bet 40% of the pot or so, and he called.
The hilarious part, was he had J9o for the second nuts yet didn't raise me!
I love calling stations.
