I was playing live 1-2 and running/playing pretty well and had the image of a TAG. I had been getting a bunch of high pairs UTG and had limped UTG with Aces and Kings already, i had also raised with aces once UTG all in this session.
UTG is hero with ~650
MP is pretty bad ~ 250
Villain is solid TAG that just won a huge pot now has ~ 700
Hero is dealt QQ and limps UTG
UTG + 2 calls
MP raises to 7
Villain raises to 23
hero?
I think the best line is to just call here for set value at the least but i can see a raise as a real option too. I don't really like the raise because if she comes over the top i think i have to fold. I know villian has seen me limp UTG with a big pair before this and i don't know whether she took that into account when she raised. My question is what is the best line here and why.
If you choose to call what do you do on an undercard flop? I would probably lead out for about 3/4 of the pot and fold to a reraise.
If you raise how much and are you folding to a reraise pretty quickly?
