Ok this is in a 4.40, I have obviously a below average stack..I was hoping to pick up blinds with an above average hand here in the CO and got called by the CL..How do you progress from here..I think there are a variety of options...Bet/call, C/F, B/F, or shove

Do you have any info on the CL?

As is, I'd put in 450-500 hoping SB has a small pp and will let it go. If he calls (or raises), I'm done with the hand unless the K comes on the turn obv.

EDIT - I know your stack vs blinds. Still, I'd play it this way, and give up if he sticks around. You will still have an M of 4+ and a few hands before the blinds to make a pf all in.

You picked the wrong guy to steal from. He's sitting with 22000 chips and can afford to take a shot at you. You have absolutely no FE against him. I'd force myself to admit that I got caught and just check-fold.

You have the worst seat in the house. I wouldn't be trying to steal from the CL with your tiny stack. As played, I check behind and hope to hit my gutshot. Too many Ax hands in his range.

True. Stealing here's just not worth it.(worth it but not going to go well enough to justify trying to pick up blinds from a guy w/ that stack w/ a normal sized raise in a 4.4) Check fold or check hit a k.

How about bet, get min raised, shove and river a King? Does anyone like that line?

I'd check behind, bet the turn if he checks and fold if he bets.
