Home game: blinds 1/2 7 handed all players in for between £2/300

Hero is SB with QsTc

UTG (villain, covers hero) limps as does CO and Button. Hero completes, BB checks. Pot is: £10

Flop: Qd5sTs

Hero bets £7, villain calls. 2 folds. Pot is: £24

Turn: 4s

Hero bets £19, villain calls. Pot is: £62

I definately though my hand was still good and did not put villain on a made flush, but did think AsQx was possible.

River: Ks

Hated, hated, hated this card!

Hero bets £40, villain raises all-in for another £250 (approx).

Easy lay-down right?

I'd probably fold. I dunno. Reads would help.

Apologies, forgot reads.

Met villain and partner at local tournament and became friends so they invited me to their homegame (maybe saw me as quick cash!)

Villain is loose but not particularly aggressive, is capable of making a bluff at a coordinated/scary board. I know that doesn't help but when this player shoves it is either the nuts or nothing. Making this spot that bit tougher for me. I like to think I'm seen as tight but had shown down 2 bluffs where I'd 3-barrelled with air and won.

Even if river is an overbet or shove?

Yeah, that's a possibility. I'd be more inclined to take that line if I thought the villain could rep the As even if he didn't have it.
