Anyone up for a picking contest?
I'm thinking like $10 a person and we can do it one of two ways, or both if there is enough interest-

1. Straight up pick the most winners

2. Pick the winners and rate each game 1-30 on how confident you are (30 the most, 1 the least) and for each one you pick correct you get however many points you assigned for that game. Most points wins.

Tiebreaker would be to pick the total points in the Nat'l Championship.

Would be more than happy to run the thing if we can get some interest.

Actually, the more I Think about it, the more I do too. ASU should've still been in, but, Missouri beat Illinois and Kansas, and neither one of those teams deserved to be in. Switch Illinois/Kansas for Missouri/Illinois and I think it's about right. Though, you can't blame a bowl for looking at tourism revenue, either.

Just to recap, Tennessee gets beat up by Cal, absolutely drilled by a good/not great Florida team, CRUSHED by an AWFUL Alabama team and barely squeaks by the juggernauts that are South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Kentucky..Good luck with that.

I think it's funny that your justification for the Vols being an outstanding team is them beating Georgia 8 weeks ago and ignoring their bad losses, their close wins over very mediocre teams and their general blandness.

I'll take Wisconsin. Good luck with Tennessee's #67 ranked rushing defense versus PJ Hill, sir.

Utah v. Navy-I'll take Navy. There may be about 70 points scored in this one because neither team has a good defense.
Memphis v. Florida Atlantic-Florida Atlantic. Although I'm rooting against Smells of Burbon. I mean Scnellenberger.
Nevada v. New Mexico-Nevada. Their offense is fun to watch.
UCLA v BYU-BYU, UCLA is in shambles right now.
Boise State v. East Carolina-East Carolina
Purdue v. Central Michigan-Purdue
Arizona State v. Texas-Texas I have though for months that ASU is a fluke.
Boston College v. Michigan State-BC
TCU v. Houston-TCU because of their defense
Maryland v. Oregon State-Oregon State
UConn v. Wake Forest-Wake
Central Florida v. Mississippi State-Cent Florida
Penn State v. Texas A&M-PSU
Alabama v. Colorado-Bama
California v. Air Force-Cal
Georgia Tech v. Fresno State-Georgia Tech
South Florida v. Oregon-USF, Oregon just isn't any good without Dixon.
Kentucky v. Florida State-Florida State, but it depends on if the Kentucky RB is healthy.
Clemson v. Auburn-Clemson
Wisconsin v. Tennessee-Wisconsin
Missouri v. Arkansas-Mizzou easily
Texas Tech v. Virginia-Virginia
Michigan v. Florida-Florida
Illinois v. USC-USC in a landslide
Hawaii v. Georgia-Georgia
Oklahoma v. West Virginia-Oklahoma
Va. Tech v. Kansas-Va Tech
Rutgers v. Ball State-Rutgers
Bowling Green v. Tulsa-Tulsa
Ohio State v. LSU-Ohio State by about 3 TDs or more. LSU has the worst defense of anyone in the BCS games and their QB play has been average for the most part. Ohio State has been solid all year. Even in their loss they didn't play that bad.

Looks like I forgot 1. I probably forgot more but that's the one that I noticed.

Oklahoma State/Indiana. I like Indiana in a close one because they are playing for their coach who died of cancer. Indiana also has a decent defense. Oklahoma State's defense isn't any good. But their offense will keep this one close.

Now you need to consider how effective OSU was at shutting down that same Michigan offense thats jsut racked up over 500 yards against the team with superior speed supposedly, and be worried about weather LSU will be able to move the ball on them at all.

Michigan looked like the team everyone thought they would be this year. Was totally wrong on that one. They've got some playmakers and they stepped up today for sure. Props to them. (BTW, that is the team I picked to go to the title game this year w/WVirginia.) I wish they would have played like that every week.

Missouri stomped on Arkansas. Their D was way better than I thought. The horrible Casey Dick didn't help matters though.
