3rd orbit at the table, only shown down one good hand. Probably a fairly tight image as most preflop raises UTG at this table were getting 5-6 calls. Had no idea what to make of villains min raise preflop.

CO ($16.15) 40% VPIP over 25 hands, seems very agressive
Button ($24)
SB ($15.70)
BB ($27.35)
Hero ($15.60)
UTG+1 ($8.10)
MP1 ($35.80)
MP2 ($24.65)
MP3 ($9.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $1, 3 folds, MP3 calls $1, CO raises to $1.75, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.75, MP3 calls $0.75.

Flop: ($5.60) 2, 4, 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets $5, Hero ???

Easy push right?

RR pre-flop to like 4-5, as played would push

I think if you check then you have to raise here. In this spot I normally lead out, but if he's really aggro I'm not sure if that gives you much more info if he raises. If that's your read then going broke isn't a bad thing. He'll show up with 99-JJ,AK and AQ often enough.

Just noticed you both have $15, yeah that makes it an easier push.

I never know what to think of seemingly aggressive players min reraising an UTG raise preflop.

I checked to see what size of a bet he put out.

Seems like a bad spot to min re-raise with AA and especially KK. But you never know

The problem is an aggressive villain can put out this bet with a pretty wide range on the flop, so I think you have to shove. I really wouldn't be surprised to see JJ or TT a lot.

A player that has some sense of what they're doing (albeit poor sense) will have AA/KK. However, I'm constantly suprised at what people min-re-raise. Had a guy in my MTT tonight min-re-raise with 74s from the BB against my MPR.

I'm assuming this is 25 NL? At this level you need to go broke here. The min-re-raise here is more an indication of a poor opponent than of a smart/tricky one. Sure it's possible that he has AA/KK but not nearly certain enough for you to fold this.

Yea, the more I've played online the more I'm finding min reraises at this level anyway don't mean anything.

As for this hand, I pushed and he mucked.

C/shove is my line on this flop always versus aggressive players. He'd have to be a huge nit for me to ever consider folding.
