I want to say bet/fold the river, but I don't think he calls without a flush. Meh, I let it go.

Against someone this aggro, I think you can just C/R the flop for the size of the pot. He's likely betting his whole range on that flop, so you might as well put maximum pressure on. You'll take the pot down a lot and your pair of sevens will be good at least occasionally. If villain's agg factor was under 3, then I'd just lead out, but I don't like the C/C line at all.
