Does he call with a worse hand? No.

Does he fold a better hand? No.

Does he fold the same hand? Rarely. Not often enough to make up for the times he has a flush.

You're risking a lot to win a little. It's not worth it.

I think he's just saying your bet sizes were 59, 99, and 234. Instead of 60, 100, and 240 not necessarily saying they are too small or too big.

But, a definite call. It's too bad he sucked out on you.

BTW if you're in this situation and you are pretty sure it's a split pot, don't just shove. Try and wait for the river because you can often represent a scare card.
