Villain takes a weird line here betting into me on the turn.. I call with the nut flush redraw, thinking he has hit two pair on the turn .. Is the river here a bluff enough of the time to call with TP/TK for basically about a pot sized shove?

Raise more preflop.

Bet more on the flop.

I shove the turn.

You played every street pretty poorly. Simo's post sums up my thoughts. If you raise to at least 1-1.25 preflop, bet 2 on the flop, and jam the turn, it plays easier.

Don't make your continuation bets 3/8ths of the pot.

If you're betting small when you hit, and bigger when you miss, that's a leak. If you're continuously betting this small, whether you hit or miss, you're giving your opponents very good odds to continue on in the hand.

In general, your c-bets should be in the 70-80% pot range, sometimes full pot if you know the villain will call light, etc. But really, you should never bet less than 2/3rds of the pot.
