Looks like your stack size is pretty good, is this a case of "I'm up x and don't want to risk any of it" If so, leave the table and buy in at a new one to clear your head.

He could have floated with a worse ace, or the flush draw with the ace. Even if he has say, AJ spades you're a very large favorite with one card to come.

Folding here is very weak/tight.

People will float with an Ace all the time so theres a good chance this is a weaker Ace or he could have had a pair on the flop and picked up a flush draw. Theres a chance he had like A6 and hit two pair on the turn but I think you are ahead of his range.

I have been overvaluing AK that only makes one pair recently so I don't know how I feel about shoving on the turn, I might just call.
