full tilt 50nl 6 max
Effective stacks are 75

Hero dealt 9 icon_suit_heart.gif 9 icon_suit_spade.gif in the BB

Preflop:
folds to CO who raises to 1.75, Hero calls

Flop (2 players, 3.75)
7 icon_suit_heart.gif 4 icon_suit_heart.gif 2 icon_suit_spade.gif
Hero checks,CO bets 3, Hero raises to 10, CO calls

Turn (2 players, 23.75)
K icon_suit_club.gif
Hero bets 15, CO calls

River (2 players,53.75)
Q icon_suit_spade.gif
Hero checks, CO bets 35, Hero calls

My reasoning in calling the river is that I think any one pair hand just checks and shows it down since I've given him that option. I think betting one pair there would be a pretty thin value bet. Most two pair hands don't make sense and I think villain raises the turn with a set. Putting him on two overs (ex. KQ) after the flop doesn't make sense either because I figured he would fold to the c/r.

It wouldn't surprise me if you saw a busted flush 1 in 3 times here, which is really all you need to make this profitable.

Most busted flush draws that raise preflop probably have the Kh or the Qh in them.

You're probably losing here. You're calling $35 to win about $89, or 2.5-1 odds. It's pretty close. I probably fold. He raised preflop. He bet the flop and called your c/r. He called your bet on the turn. Unless he's got AJhh here, I really can't see how you're winning.

I actually don't think this is really that close anymore after talking myself through it. I'd just fold.

also, i'd c/c the turn.

I probably C/C turn and C/F river here. All we really beat is a busted flush draw now and two cards came off that are likely to improve his hand. While I don't seem him value betting AQ here. AK/KQ are likely to vbet, and I just couldn't make a call at the end.

no one thinks a q or k can be involved in the heart draw?

I don't read AK's stuff until last.
It's so definitive.

Well, that, and I thought it would be a VERY dumb call.

OK, I'm done adding stuff.
