I am a unknow....Working on my Poker game.... Gambling and cards were never my game. Hated to lose money. Poker started for me About 4 or 5 Years ago.
My Family started Playing in the backyard just for fun, A very loose game if some one ran out of chips they just took out more from the box. No money was ever on the table.
At work I started to talk about the game we played in the back Yard. One of the guys said he had a game. Me replay was "Na i don't play for money".
My co- worker would tell me about the house games he had. Would invite me when he had one set up. After about the 6 or 7 invite I ended up going.
That gave me my first taste of a real hold-em touriments. I was hooked on hold'em.
In the yard I started to see the value of good hold cards and not go in with trash. In the home game of my co-worker I found out how important reading the board is. Unknown to me just by playing I found some key Strategy of how to play.
The game over whelmed me I wanted to learn so much more. I started to talk to player to find out more. This turned me to the books. The number of books out there is amazing. I found myself cracking ever one i could find....also started to look on line for some Info, witch lead me here.
Reading the postings on the forum I have found some helpful thing. Seeing that I came up with a thought. Post what books I have read. What i have learned, and where my game is at.

Starting out with a BR$130 $80 on UB. and $22.50 from PS. The $22.50 started from a free roll here on FCT. Place on final table. Unable to play in the grand tourney. Grabbed some $T. (Thanks BOB) and played Some $1-$5 tourney walking away with $22.50.
Was playing some $1 Tourney and .02/04--.05/.10 limit and .02 NO-limit. Don't laugh we all have to start some place.
On UB I was up around $120 hit a $2.20 MTT. Now down to about $60. The big shot played some $10-$20 tourney I should no of.
On PS up around $27.00. Moved from .02/.04 up to .05/.20 lost $7.41. Bad play and tilt. landed back in .02/.04 tilted some more for about $4. Regrouped worked back to $18.37.
Rethinking my game Going to stay in Limit Holdem .02/.04.
Playing to many different games at first will drip away BR. Find one that you can build skill and your BR with stick with it. then move on.
Goal:
Stick with limit hold'em
Follow BR rules
move up when the hit 400BB of next limit
move down when they hit 250BB of lower limit
Read TTOP and SSHE (started them but need to complete and reread)
Jan 1st make new goal
BR is at $81.45
UB=$63.08
PS=$18.37
Will grind out hand in Limit Hold'em:
continues my renewed dedication to LHE and building a bankroll. 50 hands per day minimum, 100 hands per week minimum, 5K+ hands for the month. I should be moving up to .5/.10 within the next 500 hands or so if my win rate holds, and I should be able to put in at least 2.5K hands at the new limit. If I can run at 6BB/hr, I should be poised to move up again in January.
Primary goal is:
Build BR to around 250
5k+ hands of LHE.
Keep analyzing and getting better.
