I am going to be ( in 6months) a low stake 0.25/0.5 NL Hold 'em player, or well that is what I want to do. What is the best book for me to read and do they ship books to Holland?

Harrington books must be the best starting books, I am sure Amazon will ship them to Holland - Slansky books are generally a good read too

For NL cash games, I'd start with Phil Gordon's Little Green Book then move on to Sklansky/Miller's NLHE: Theory & Practice.

-Phil Gordon's Little Green book and Little Blue book (reread little blue book after about 2 months of playing) - great books to give you the ins and outs of NLHE.
-Theory of Poker (Sklansky) - Shows you how to think like a poker player, not all hands/examples are NLHE
-Online Ace (Fischman) - Good book for someone starting out online. It should ensure you don't go bust in an hour

Sklansky/Miller's NLHE: Theory & Practice.
hands down is one of the best NL books out there for cash.
