I don't think you can really rep much, I guess if he had a busted draw that would be good, but I can't imagine he is going to fold because the off suit 2 isn't going to change much.

A couple probems with your line.

1: Raise from the Button with your hand: Gives you more than 1 way to win.

2: Get the money in on the flop. If you raise the flop he will tell you his hand. If he flat calls he has a set or FD. If he raises you just gotta hope he doesn't have 109 with a redraw.
