Full pot will likely scare him away. I'd make it about $18.

Hard to say. Had this exact same hand happen to me earlier and I raised to about what Simo said and got INSTAcalled by 2nd nut. He would have called a pot for sure. Think this is player dependent. Good player I min raise, loose spewer I pot.

It also depends on image.

I am more likely to get paid in this situation than bdc, but then again, I get caught bluffing in this situation a lot more than he does.

It all balances, but I'm higher variance.

Smaller raise is good. It should be pretty obvious that if you call/call/raise that you were chasing the nut flush and hit it, but villain bets half the pot anyways. Leads me to believe he's a bit donkish, but will certainly call another $10-12 if he has the T or J-high flush.

You can't bluff in this situation after he fires a half pot bet on river. He will flip nut flush too many times. Our call/call/raise line is nothing but the flush.

About getting paid off , a min raise is a lot more suspicious than a repot. A repot screams donkness , it annoys BB , whispers a bluff while a min-raise asks for a good fold.

If pot wasn't this big , i'd raise smaller but here re-pot ftw! You won't get called often no matter what you do anyway.
