I am playing only 50BB here. Villain is shortstacked as well.
Reads: None.

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $198.50
UTG+1: $168.15
CO: $42.35
Button: $40.15
Hero: $51.85
BB: $200

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with js.gif jc.gif
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, CO raises to $3, Button calls, Hero raises to $10.5, 3 folds, Button raises to $21, Hero ???? calls.

What Hands can make that absurd play here? Obv, AA/KK right? maybe TT or AK? What do you think. Fold, Call or push giving our stack sizes?
My playn was to call and then Push any Flop if I flop an Overpair, THOUGHTS????

OK, from here it's easy:
Flop: 5s.gif jd.gif 9d.gif ($47, 2 players)
Hero checks, Button is all-in $19.15, Hero calls.

Turn: 5c.gif ($85.3, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $85.3)

River: 6c.gif ($85.3, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $85.3)

Results:
Final pot: $85.3

short stacking is not my specialty but I think you have to stick it in here... you get lots of crazy calls, at least you made the virtual nuts.

My normal game is NL50 since last month. But I want to clear my bonus on AP as fast as possible So I play NL100 but only 50BB, for BR-Management reasons.

playing only 50BBs this is a no brainer shove pf. You have no room to fold and you have not enough chips to do anything else. i am not a fan of playing like this at all. you have a top 5 hand what are you gonna wait for AA. stick em in.

if you were deep stacked i can make arguements for laying this down preflop unless you're playing them for set value... in which case have @ it

as short as you are though, just ship it in the second he makes it 21... you probably only have 2 outs though, i dont see people 4 betting preflop very often w/ A Q...

methinks you cracked aces or kings on this one...

This was really a weird hand. After he called-reraised. I was 80% sure he had AA/KK. But for some reason I thought it could be AK. And I couldn't lay it down, giving our stacksizes.
But I think my call was the worst part of it. I thought I have to push or fold. But I called... Still don't know why. Prolly I thought that if it is AK I want to see the flop and whether a A or a K flops.
That is really the down side of playing 50BB. You can't fold it for stacksizes but you shouldn't play it giving the action.

You put in roughly half your stack preflop by just calling...go ahead and get it in.
