Hero definitely calls this.
I sometimes raise flop. Unless he is quite tight.

Are we giving him credit for the straight?
This is one I let go on the turn. I only have $3.60 invested and am thinking I will not get much value from a straight if I hit anyway. We are around 1/4 to hit which means we need to get paid $15??? on the river to make this a +EV play. I know, basic odds genius <-------. I would throw in the possibility of bluffing a flush if he checks a club on the river.....but I am crazy like that.

If you're going to raise the turn regardless, you should be raising the flop while you still have good equity if you are behind. I think raising the turn is somewhat of a valuebluff.
