yeah, its really good
you obviously know something is gonna happen just from the trailers and when it does there are some really cool scenes that had the theatre clapping when the terrorists were killed
lots of great special effects and a decent amound of gorey stuff

Id compare it to Black Hawk Down in terms of a similar movie except this starts off a little slower but really picks it up

I'm glad to hear its good but now I'm pissed because I had tickets to go to it last night for an advanced screening but didn't because I was so tired from having class all day. Also, I was offput but the negative reviews the movie is recieving on rottentomatoes.

Im reading the reviews on RT and most seem to get how I felt
A murder mystery/turned into Black Hawk Down-esque action, taking place in modern day Saudi Arabia basically

good movie, quite sad, just one q, was there any more significance to the marble besides it being sort of a calling card for hamza? Also it seemed like a lot of the movie was cut, it didnt flow in the beginning very well, or near the end.

I believe they were used in the bombs so when it explodes it sends marbles flying in every direction like shrapnel. Same with the nails and screws they find

SPOILERS

The significance of the marble was that when the FBI girl recognized the marble from the bombs, they realized that they had caught the big kahuna (sp).

I just saw it, and I thought it was absolutely amazing. Some political jabs but not too distracting.

I'll go see it in the theater again.

Best line - Jamie Foxx "I told her we're gonna kill 'em all."

Nah I figured that out, I thought there was some other hidden meaning to it, like it represented something.

I don't think it had any other meaning than to tie that family and three finger apu to the bombings. There were several instances of the marbles being found or noticed during the movie. Again, I think they just tied everything together.

Please don't let my 12th grade English teacher see this post.

Great, great movie!

It's rare nowadays that you have a movie that's good, start to finish and doesn't try to be overly funny or hokey or have something stand out that you have to say "Well, if you get past this..."

Good stuff.

Watched this movie last night. Nothing special. I think it would have been better if I saw it on the big screen though. Peter Berg is a good director but he shouldn't use the wobbly camera so much, it just seems like such a wimpy way to film action scenes. "Let's just wobble the camera really fast and hope it looks like a sweet action shot".
