Definetly raise this from button. I am never going to open limp on the button, especially not a hand as strong as K10s. Villian reraising twice the size of the pot is kind of suspicious. I probably play it the same way though. Betting the flop then reraising twice the pot size is an odd line for a set or two pair in a limped pot.
