I'd push ATC on the button, but not from MP2.

From MP2, I'd push 22+, A8+, KT+

take it easy man...no need to push any 2 just yet. Looks so weak. I love picking that stuff off from the blinds and its so obvious when its happening. Nobody pushes a real hand there so dont go telling everyone you're weak and they have an opportunity to bust you with any above average hand.

If you were a little shorter than yes...but not yet.

Assuming a standard ante of 50 here, our M < 4.

I'm pushing any two cards. We get the first in vig, the callers range are going to be gigantic, we may very well have a below average hand and still have the best hand...if that made any sense at all.
