I just read this and I am just wonding how stupid can she be and what is the over/under gonna be on how long she lasts on the show.

I guess it'd be more controversial if people watched The View, but still.

Certain people try to be controversial on purpose in order to increase their fame. She is definitely one of them. The argument is ridiculous: some people grow up where theft, drug dealing and murder are common, are we supposed to excuse them?

Oh, that reminds me, I meant to add a disclaimer that I've never watched The View. I once saw about 20 seconds of it when I was flipping channels, and it caused serious retina and brain damage, so I've been careful to avoid it since.

The one thing about this whole thing that is the most disgusting- and the one thing that hasn't been mentioned a single time- is that Federal authority has gotten so encompassing that they now have jurisdiction over ****ing dogfighting.

The goddamn commerce clause needs to be taken control of, fast.
The entire point of a Federalist republic is terribly undermined whenever Federal law is applied to pissant local matters.

I saw the comments on sportscenter, so I am guessing I watched an edited version. But I don't recall her saying it was ok he was into it, just that he was more likely to be involved with it based on where he grew up.

I think the problem with her comment is saying that it is expected and how should he have known killing dogs was not an illegal act which in her defense is not stating that he should not be punished but it still plays this "the poor guy didn't know it wasn't ok" act which is a pretty useless argument. People need to stop making excuses for the guy, in my opinion.
