Check/fold, imho.

If he was drawing, he got there. I don't think he can call the river with a set or two pair.

I agree with the check/fold. If you're lucky he'll check behind with a worse flush or a pair, but I can't see him folding a better hand or calling with a worse one if we bet.

Yes, check/fold. There's no way you get flat called on the flop and turn by anything other than a decent flush draw. Any hand like two pair or better is raising you on the flop to protect their hand.

It's hard to believe there is NO WAY to get flat called by someone without at a heart at these limits. Villain could even have a gutshot with no heart, you never know at 10NL.
