Ok I'm venturing back into the NL cash thing so I'll be posting and lurking a bit more in this forum than my normal domain, Tourney strat...So far I've been doing well at NL but it could be just be a heater..One thing I have been doing is playing all my made hands pretty fast because I see nearly everything get payed off at this level and it just creates a good, loose aggressive image..

These hands were played consecutively against the same guy..Let me know what you think

First hand...do you like the 3 bet, or should we try to hang him on the turn with a c/r?

Terrible board for 66, I don't see any real need to c/bet and the board keeps getting worse..I guess this shows him here that I will stay honest from time to time

I'm fine w/ all 3.

The first hand you have to 3 bet there, because you're oop and there's plenty of cards that could come on the turn that wouldn't be great for your hand. Take it down or get it in as the favorite.

66 you're in position and should probably c-bet, but once you give up on the flop it's a definite check down for me.

hand three....well if he raises it up w/ the 7 there then fine I guess he's gonna get me pretty often. I'd put him on a lower over pair a lot of the time and think the move's fine.

In the 1st hand you can't let the board develop, so I support the 3-bet.

2nd hand: I'll occasionally keep firing at him if I really feel weakness - but I'd only really do that with a live read, so in your case I'd have also checked it down after my play failed to get through.

3rd hand: I put him on a play rather than a 7, so I'd let him hang himself on the turn/river rather than 3-bet it...although the 3-bet does make it clear to him that he'll have to pay if he (or anyone else for that matter) is gonna try and outplay you in the future, I'm not sure if that image is worth more than being actively paid off in this spot.
