the only thing that I don't like about the album is how similar (style-wise) it is to the full band's stuff, at least the older stuff. It would suck if they split but if they start doing more commercial stuff like BYOB, I can totally see it happening. I guess when I think of a solo album, I am thinking something completely different than the sound they already do.

I wouldn't make a habit out of (what I'm sure was snap-)calling with A4 and A3 type hands for stacks at heads up there. Your equity is never great and you're in really bad shape against 66 and stuff like that. I would bet that doing that against anyone who can make even the slightest adjustments to their play is gonna cost you a lot of money.
