He wanted me to tell you that the problem with the air conditioning is the poor insulation and construction of the building. He can get you a good deal FOR TODAY ONLY! on a brand new building. It's normally 900,000 but he can get it for you today for just under 897,000.

I work in Clearwater, live in Palm Harbor. We've had a guy out here all day looking at it, I'm not sure what the problem is.

There's something to the idea of being well-rounded, but it's a lot easier for the college if everyone takes the same crap and I'm sure that's a motivator for them.
