I got a couple awesome text messages last night.

I have a friend that's in Las Vegas for some work-related thing. She's very, very attractive. She texted me from a club last night with, "Do you know Jimmy D & Jamie Gold?" I told her that I know who Jamie Gold is, of course, but not Jimmy D. She responded, "he says hi". Of course, I followed up with a couple questions, but she didn't respond so I didn't think twice about it.

Well, this morning she called me and told me she met them at the club and they were really drunk and this Jimmy D came up to her and asked her if she knew who he was. She said no. He told her she must not watch much TV and asked if she had ever heard of ESPN. He told her he was a big time poker player that had won a huge tournament last year. That's when she texted me and responded to him, "Yeah, he knows Jamie but he doesn't know who the **** you are". The guy told her I must not follow poker closely (which is crazy because I'm an abolute TV poker geek). She said Jamie was nice and that the other guy kept talking about how big a poker star they both were and how much money they each won last year.

I needed to know who this poker supernova celebrity was, so I looked him up:

I'd probably go Engram & Jackson since Jennings is a little banged up. I don't like the Jackson matchup with Oakland, though.

Naismith post was the most predictable thing ever. All he does is ruin my fantasy weeks by telling me to sit Jennings. I'll never do it again. He's banged up every week. And every week he scores. He's been in the lineup 3 weeks and has 3 tds. GB is pass happy, and Jackson is the 3rd option on the team. Despite Norv Turner trying to use LT as a decoy and ruin my fantasy yr, I still take Jennings.

Hmmm.... I disagree. The AFC is overall better and deeper. Indy, NE, Pitt, Ten, Den, Jax, Balt, Cincy are much much better than the top 8 in the NFC. And that might not even be the top 8 in the AFC I'm just throwing names out there.

And I'm an NFC guy!
