I would instashove because of how short bb is. If I was playing a short stack and had aces in this game, aren't you supposed to try to get the majority of your stack in pre w/ aces? Note I don't play plo but I'm comfortable with getting my money in w/ this hand, villain prob. has a smaller set, sb might have something like a club draw or ak.
