Seriously how do you guys handle this?
Net run of almost negative 5 buy-ins in 600 hands, and 7 straight days of a negative net run of at least 1 buy-in every day. I may have to give up omaha for a while, because I really feel like I'm on the verge of tilting really bad.

I think last week Bundy was down 6 buyins in 300 hands if I recall. It's an ugly game on those days. We've certainly all been there.
What are your stats, etc? Your graphs look pretty good, just looks like you took a couple of coinflip hits for full stacks. Bankroll management ftw, I hope.

A tale of two graphs...
First one is Nov 1-6, my first shot at $50, where I was playing like a scared little girl. Stats were 4839 hands, 29% VPIP, 3.93% PFR, 1.6 AF, Lost $397, -8.21 bb/100

This one is Nov 7-15th, since I dropped back to $25, retooled and finally "got it". Stats 3076 hands, 26.69$ VPIP, 6.57% PFR, 1.8 AF, Won $266, +8.65 bb/100

So yes, varience probably factors in, but it can't be a coincidence that I doubled my preflop raise numbers and actually tightened up a bit with hands that I was limping, and the results are completely opposite of when I was super passive preflop. I still have a ways to go, and I know that, but like I say, I really feel like I'm seeing some progress finally, after all this time.
edit..first one seems to be fking up, but just turn the bottom one upside down and you'll get the idea...

Played my first Omaha tourney earlier. Lost half my stack before it sunk in that it was full ring instead of 6-handed, and should probably tighten up.
I think I'll stick to cash games. I can't stand full ring and not being able to rebuy to a full stack.

Just played a 120 hand, 30 minute session.
Couldn't play any longer than that because of the ****ING DISCONNECTIONS!!! It was every other hand on every table.
OMG and I had an absolute 70/20 DONK directly to my right on one table and he was 2 to my right on another. He had 4 buyin stacks on both tables that were coming my way VERY quickly.
Worst bad beat of all - I lost a $170 pot to him, and it DIDNT EVEN SAVE THE ****ING HH BECAUSE OF THE DISCONNECTIONS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ****ING HAND!

I've emailed FullTilt and they are sending me my last 2k hands.
It's not that I can't post the hand, it's that I can't PokerEV it. I want to see how bad I ran in those 30 minutes, and I want PT to be fairly accurate with wins and losses.

===============================================
Hi,
I have the FullTilt software set to record my hand histories to my hard drive, but I've been having some disconnection problems and it's caused problems with saving some of the hands played (missing stack sizes, missing action, sometimes missing entire hands). Is there any way I can get hold of 'perfect' copies of my HHs for the past few days?
Thanks,
Simo123

Hello Stuart,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
Please let us know exactly how many of your previous hands your require (ex: past 500 hands). If you are constantly being disconnected, please let us know so that we can assist you in fixing any technical difficulties.
If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask.
Best of luck at the tables!
Regards,

If I could get my last 2000 hands that would be very useful.
I don't think the disconnection problems are caused by FullTilt because I have had similar problems with other sites. However, an overriding problem is that when I disconnect, the software freezes for several seconds and the tables occasionally turn uniform yellow as a result. I think this is likely a fault within your software which makes it impossible for me to play when suffering any kind of connection problems. If I was simply suffering from delayed actions it would not be a significant problem, but the software locking up for 20 seconds at a time is.
Thanks,
Simo123
===============================================
Hello Stuart,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
I have attached the requested hand history in a text document to this email.
With that being said, you can obtain a hand history by clicking the "Options" tab in your Full Tilt software then the "Hand History" tab.
Click on the "Save My Hand Histories" box found on the top-left to checkmark it. This will enable your histories to be saved to your computer.
You may change the file that the histories are saved to by clicking the "Change Folder" button and selecting the folder in which you would like your hand histories saved. You can also change the number of days that your hand histories will save for.
Click "OK" when you're finished and you're all set!
Please note that this will not save your past hands. It will only save the future hands that you play since the "Save My Hand Histories" box is checked.
Regarding your disconnection issues, if you are constantly being disconnected, please let us know so that we can assist you in fixing any technical difficulties.
If you run into any problems, please let us know and we will be happy to help. Good luck at the tables! I hope this information will improve your game.
Regards,
Harry K

Ok. So.
1) I already said in my first email that I do save my HHs, but the disconnections have caused a problem lately. They still tell me how to set up FullTilt so it will save my HHs.
2) I tell them about the disconnections, and the problems I'm having. They tell me to let them know if I'm having problems. WTF. I have just TOLD you the problems dumbass.
3) They didn't attach any file to the email. Dumbass.

Yeah, you're playing really loose and quite passive as a result.
You should be trying to tone that down to at most 30% VPIP for your PFR.

No rakeback on Full Tilt. I had already been playing sporadically on all the major sites for about a year before I even knew rakeback existed.
Over the next couple days I'm going to go through the session w/ filters and such, and maybe try to pick out some hands to post. I think mainly I really need to just take a break. Been playing a way higher volume of hands lately than I ever have before. So I think best course is to take a day or two off and when I come back really shorten my sessions and only play 1 or maybe 2 tables at a time.
That loss was basically all my profit since I started playing omaha and nothing more, so really I got to play lots of fun poker for free

Interesting night for me. Ended up with 3/4 of my roll in play as shown below:

No, I didn't go back to my old ways and chase my losses at 3/6 or something. Believe it or not, that money represents one 0.5/1 table, and three 1/2 tables. Had to make some extra buys early on and then hit a huge upswing after about 3 hours.

I honestly wasn't playing tight or looking not to gamble, I just sat there and folded for an hour and a half. I made a whopping 95 cents for my effort...lol Actually, I'm happy with that. In the past when I go through those dry stretches it's easy to open your range too wide and start playing hands that get you in to trouble. It was brutal. I was sitting there waiting for a hand to play for a whole hour, 4-tabling. It sucked.

How often do you open limp? For me it's pretty rare, and I never open limp from the CO or button.

More often than you I don't doubt, but not nearly as often as I used to...lol

Open limp....huh?? I made it pretty simple. I emailed FT support and asked them to take the "call" button off of my screen.

Your stats are better than they were (you were 32/4 IIRC), but I still think you need to be a LOT more aggressive.
Stop open limping pretty much entirely. Reraise good hands in position against LAGs.
Start isolating limpers. This is an important one IMO. When I last played (*sigh* about a week ago now) there was a player running at 56/1 directly to my right. Whenever he limped in, I raised. It didn't really matter what my cards were. I kept playing raised pots in position against a guy that was check/folding most flops. If he ever woke up I just let the hand go.
Example:
Stack sizes:UTG: $63.50
CO: $32.90 <-- 56/1
Hero: $61.10
SB: $33.70 <-- 29/14
BB: $128.95 <-- 22/8
Pre-flop: (
5 players) Hero is Button with 5

UTG folds, CO calls,
Hero raises to $2.25,
2 folds, CO calls.
