Here's what a graph is SUPPOSED to look like (in my estimation, anyway). This is yesterday and today at just $25.
378 hands, 33% VPIP, 8.47% PFR, 1.61 AF, $90.10 profit, 47.67BB/100
simo_8ball

That's better. 33/8.5 is decently aggro.
I don't think it's coincidence that you're showing decent profit since you started increasing your PFR%.

Just remember the reason for raising preflop. Don't raise preflop because people say you are passive preflop.
Raise preflop when it is +EV.

Going for a check/raise on a coordinated board one off the button is a never a good idea in a 5-way pot unless villain's an 80/50 or something. You have to be up against an absolute maniac to think you're getting a C-bet from air here. It would be one thing if it was TT2r and you didn't mind a card coming off, but you can't check when you're potentially giving away 12 outs to straight draws.

+1 for a lesson then. What should I have bet? 3/4 pot? full?
Either's fine. I've got in the habit of betting around 3/4 of the pot a lot on paired boards, so that's what I'd go for, but anywhere from 60% to 100% is A-OK.
BTW, I played a little on Bodog tonight and the games are SUPER-soft. Just like I remember from back in January. They sent me a free $50 tonight and I ran it up to $120 playing PLO25 for about half an hour, then doubled it up on Louisville, and now have it over $600 after about 2 hours of playing PLO50. I kinda want to make sure I get to Supernova on Stars before the end of the year, but after that I think I might return a lot of my play to Bodog. Last I saw, most of their cashout issues seemed to be resolved and they really do have the softest games on the net.

There's a SIGNIFICANT difference there. You're playing scared at $50PLO, but I also think you were playing too loose at $25PLO. I think you need to pull that back to 27/10 or around there.
Also, I would prefer to raise the 799Tds than the AK56ds hand.

I agree - somewhere in between is where I'd statistically like to average out. I was just getting all kinds of hands at 25 that looked pretty but didn't hold up. At 50, the hands were a little lower quality. I really wasn't playing scared, the cards were dictating it.

Swingy session today. The big dip in the middle is when I was at a table with an 80/65/7 guy. To see ANY flop, it was minimum $2, and there were usually 3-4 players even then. Ok, well I'm going to tentatively test my internet connection with a session of omaha. Read the lol donkaments thread if you want to see a very tilted post from a couple of nights ago.

Decent day, was pretty up and down at times, but w/e. Stats looked good too - 26/8/2 for 1k hands. Simo had a good stack going last time I saw too - how'd that end up?

It was all going swimmingly until:
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1692354http://www.pokerhand.org/?1692319http://www.pokerhand.org/?16923561 coinflip lost for a $156 pot, and twice allin on the turn against the same hand with a flush draw for a stack.
Not too bothered though. I was running at 38/18 for the session and I really felt like I was playing very well. It's been a while since I've really had the confidence to go with my reads.

For the first time i see someone running good according to those graphs.
Except a guy on 2+2 who ran RIDICULOUSLY good for tens of thousands of hands and pissed everyone off. Even i hated him for a while. I don't remember the thread right now it was on bbv or nvg

I ran below expectation. That's not running good. I'd say I ran neutral.
I just had a decent run in the middle winning several buyins off MIONTILT.

haha -- was waiting for a comment like that ig'z. It's something that I had little to no desire to do as a plodding break even $25 player, but I do enjoy it. Unfortunately (for those reading this bbv thread) it did sorta become the barometer of how I was doing. Thankfully though, you, Bud and Simo were good enough to teach me and keep me in line all along in here, which I don't think I could have gotten from some comments or just talking to myself in a blog.

Raise preflop
Raise preflop
You should raise preflop there
Reraise that in position
I would raise the preflop
Raise it up preflop
Reraise preflop
Don't open limp with a hand that strong
Raise preflop

I think that's a pretty accurate summary of what I've tried to instil in you.

This hand was just sick. We had history. We'd been playing HU for about 10 hands after a few players left, then a shortstack sat. He was running 75/45 or something daft like that, and was 4-tabling. He already called one of my flop checkraises with just a gutshot, but when he bets $15 on the turn in this hand he is just so strong. I thought I had his stack this hand. Anything but a heart and I'm happy.

Not with his stack size. If deeper maybe.
