seriously bud you really should play on AP even with super users it is EV+

I actually tried AP out last month. There were very few plo tables running. I managed to find one $50 max double stack PLO table and avg pot was $3.5. I didn't play enough hands there to make a judgement so maybe my timing was bad.

I took a stab into 50plo HU on stars his morning.

I took a quick buyin off one guy, played 100 hands of break-even poker against 2nd, then this 3rd guy.

UGH.

at one point i won pot w/o seeing the flop for 11 straight hands. he folded 6 straight buttons, and 5 straight BB's

and he still took a buy-in off of me before I quit in frustration.

Every big pot we got in, I would flop monster hand or monster draw and he would river his draw or my draw missed.

Oh...he also limp/folded his button preflop 3 times. How nitty is that?!

I just can't comprehend how someone could call pre with KcJh9d5d. Then call the flop with no spades and only top pair 2nd kicker. About the only thing I sorta get is when thee guy tries to take you off the hand on the turn... maybe.

I like his flop call. He has a lot of 2 pair outs, and he can bluff a ton of other turn cards. Position is power.

man I wish AP had more than 2 tables of plo that ran at any given time...played against a guy for 100 hands today who ran 100/75 - he stacked off with a straight on a 3 spade board, etc.

If you want to bring yourself back down to earth, post a pokerev graph of where you SHOULD be at. The second of the two hands you posted on the last page was pretty ugly.

Buzz killlllerrrrr. I know the last hand was bad, but i just liked it.

Not trying to buzzkill at all - it's great to see you're doing well and nice to see some hands in the omaha forum again.

Just don't want you to develop bad habits which will cost you money in the long run. Calling a shove with a gutshot and jack high flush draw there will not always work out as well as it did in that hand

It was a questionable call, I know. I also had two outs to the boat as well . I can post some other hands that make me look less fishy, but I opted for the biggest net winners of the night.

It is a bit too Laggy for me but that's the beauty of PLO , isn't it? Any stats between 50 and 10 can be profitable.

But as i said you seem to be too loose if you ask me. I am 25/8.

Simo appears to be the most loose aggro among us and even he is 28/12 in my DB.

I personally don't think you lose much value by being tight preflop in PLO but if you can play 34/14 profitably , there is no reason to not to.

I forgot to mention , those two hands above are very marginal imo. Especially the 2nd hand is very ballsy.
