I just joined the wrong SnG!
Any quick tips on the aforementioned game will be great!

lol... obviously way too late, but basically this game requires starting hand selection above and beyond that of 'Texas'. The ideal scenario is to look for hands that will play near enough to a nut low and could scoop the pot(i.e. win a high hand as well). Or get a good high starter and see the flop. The point in this game is not to hang around after the flop if you're not strong. Of course in tournies, you won't be able to wait for these hands, so you may have to take any 2 texas hands as the blinds go up.
As it's not pot-limit(that's a much nicer game), you won't be able to bluff much, so just estimate your chances of hi/low and bet, call, or fold accordingly. It's a fantastic game to get into on the the cash side. The tounies I find a bit silly though I occasionally play them.

Go to www.dkbluesky.com. There's some good Omaha split pointers there. It's a great game for good players to make money consistently - I think even better than Hold 'Em. It does take a lot of experience to play it well, but, of course, A2 is huge and in pot size, AA is huge...
