Very nice pic, horrible repeated misspelling of "onion". It's annoying. Stop it plskthx. icon_biggrin.gif

The omelet...

4 eggs (yes food snobs say the "perfect" omelet is a 3 egg but what do they know)
1 tablespoon +- of milk (don't start with the water debate)
salt and pepper
dash or two of garlic powder
dash or two of italian seasoning

Mix well ( I like to use a stick blender and get 'em nice and frothy)

Heat non stick 12 inch pan on medium heat and add a tablespoon or so of butter/margerine

Add eggs. When they start to set gently lift the sides of the omelet and let loose egg run underneath all the way around.

Saute (or warm in microwave) desired amount (a cup or so for me) of diced ham, add to one half of omelet.

add diced jalepeno peppers to taste over ham

add several dollops of cream cheese

cover with grated tillamook* medium cheddar (*yes it makes a difference)

fold other half of omelet over fillings and reduce heat to medium low until cheese melts.

top with more grated cheese and devour.

gimme a break, i spelt it in French, it ain't easy being bilingual icon_frown.gif

im gonna try new techniques with this batch of eggs , I think I have 12 left. I've always mixed my ingredients ahead of time and done the flip. This cook one side and fold business is new to me, i tried it tonigth and it was ok but my element acts nutz and overheated and one point so it was a little unevenly cooked. The OJ was interesting, not sure if it's a great idea, you taste a hint of orange in the egg, but its not unenjoyable. I'll have to try it again and compare to the water method.

so I tried the water method the other day, and it didn't turn out too great, It was a half assed omelet, but the water seemed to cause some sort of seperation durring cooking, I cuped a bit of water in my hand and added that. Maybe the quantity wasn't right but it didn't change anything for the better, I will try again soon.

how long do eggs last cuz I m still working on that batch of 18 closedeyes.gif

There's nothing wrong with that camel toe. Not even close to being anything wrong with it.
