Do I just call and lead the turn(or check-raise the turn)

Or should I shove and hope he likes his hand enough. No reads except that he did checkraise me earlier on an ATT board where I held AJ, and i folded

Since you're OOP and any raise puts 1/2 your stack in, I just shove at this point and hope that he calls with an ace. For sure, I wouldn't call and check/raise the turn because he might check behind - if he has something like KJ/K10 or something, you really don't want to give any free cards to a gut shot.

I dont mind checking behind actually and trapping him on the turn. I guess it depends on how likely he would call a push with something like AT or AJ, and whether or not you think hes likely to bet out if you check the turn.

Without any real reads, I probably lean towards just pushing the flop here.

I personally like just calling and letting him bet on the turn... if he bets the turn he will probably have too much invested to fold to your shove and will have to call....

My question is.. would a hand like a10 or aJ raise here? I'd actually be a little worried about the raise....but if you're confident in the hand I like just shoving here.

You've got to have the best hand here, he probably has an ace, so I don't mind calling and leading the turn again, I wouldn't put him on a set, that board is not scary so he'd probably just call you with a set. Maybe he has a weaker 2 pair? Either way I call and lead the turn, probably for about 800, if he raises just shove back, or call his all in.

Why call and lead the turn? If we just call on the flop, we should be trying to check/raise on the turn. If it checks through to the river, THEN I lead for 1/2 of the pot.

Seems like its half and half =\ The way it played out, flat calling and check-raising the turn woulda been the best for me. Instead I shoved the flop and he folded
