haha, he is a plague upon fantasy leagues. Does he neglect his team in the big hockey league too or just every other pool he enters? I am glad I caught him trying to enter the new FCP dynasty league before we started. That is not happening.

No, it means he does the draft and then leaves his team as is all season without setting lineups, checking for injuries, or even bothering to try and make his crappy team better.
