Ok, so --- thoughts on any/all streets. Flopped two pairs, lead out there? C/C on the turn ok? Are we looking to c/r the river, or is just leading out the way to go?

I don't mind either leading the flop or check/calling. I'd probably lead out.

Turn is fine. Tempting to checkraise, but c/c is better.

I would checkraise the river. It gives him a chance to bluff busted club draws and to value bet all his better hands. Checkraising allows you to win a huge pot against lower boats rather than allowing 22xx to just call.

I lead flop too. Flush is the only draw there , let him pay.

Turn is fine.

River is read dependant. Milk or induce a bluff.

i lead the flop, i wouldn't really want a free one coming off there and beating us just in case, because there are a lot of players in the pot...of course, that also means a better chance of being beat, so c/c isn't bad

regardless of flop play, i probably lead out on the turn, after picking up the flush draw at least you have some possibility if you happen to be beat, and of course you could still have the best hand

i check the river i think, if he has busted clubs you're giving him a chance to bet, and if he made aces up then he doubles you up anyway probably

Leading out on the flop in to 4 other players seemed to be pointless to me. Then again, I usually play pretty passive when OOP.

I maybe should have c/r'd the turn, that was where I thought I could have played differently.

I checked the river, he potted, and I shoveled. He called with only the 3rd Ace. Turns out though that he had the spades covered so I'm glad I didn't back door my flush.

I'm trying to focus a LOT more on positional play in my comeback attempt.

You are only beaten by AA, 77 and 22. And AA/77 would require them to have hit a 1 outer on the flop, which is unlikely. You have the best hand a huge % of the time.




On a sidenote, I just had 77 on a 7TQ flop (NLHE) against a preflop reraiser, and after he called my checkraise I typed "QQ right?" into the chatbox and I check folded the turn. He showed QQ. Such a huge confidence boost.

I think you have been playing too much omaha... But good read. I'd never make that fold.
