I just watched this hand. The hero in this particular hand is dealt:

AcKc

The hero sat down with 200 and has taken over 800 off the villain. The villain is tilting pretty badly, raising preflop to 20 straight. The read is that on the turn, the villain definitely has at least trips.

Ship it in? Tilting Villain calls with any 2, there are more 2s that don't make boats than do.

All-in. Cooler if you lost this.

This is super easy push. He 3 bets 99 p-flop and you have an ace so A2 isnt as likely. If he's playing 92 or 72 then good for him.

If you don't think he'll call push then value raise.

I was hero. I doubt he 3bet 99 pf...he was pretty weak pf...

when he started raising 10bb everytime pf...i started really opening my 3bet hands on hiimi and i took it down everytime making it $65 with XX....

After the hand I thought river raise was 60/40, then 70/30, then back to 60/40...and then after coming back after a few hours I think it's more like 80/20 raise, based on opponent, board texture, and action.

I actually ended up calling...

I think my biggest mistake this hand was acting too fast on riv. didn't give myself time to think. I was 4 tabling and sometimes I'm acting so quick I don't think spots like this thru.

Oh well.

I doubt there will be much discussion, as it is hu play..but he had 2x...can't remember the other card, but it wasn't a boat.

I wouldn't have shipped...but it would have been a healthy raise to like 600-700 or something.

i'm not sure if he would have called, but since he was steaming he may have been more inclined to.

bleh.

I wasn't there, but in HU play, this seems like a standard raise to $500 and call a push everytime.

The way villian is described I think he is calling any raise or push with a 2 here. I might not push just because it loses value when he doesn't have a 2 and I would normally suspect him not to have a 2 here. If you had a read saying he did have one though as OP stated then I think you have to felt this.

Pushing seems way too much of an overbet. A raise to $500-$600 is better IMO.
