when I puss out on betting 4th because I feel he's very strong as well and am fearing a check-raise, 5th is a standard fold yes? But then when i thought about it, really thought about it, I realized there was a decent chance he also paired the 4 on 4th but with the jack as a 5th I'm way too weak to do anything about it... Also, thoughts on raising 3rd, or just limp?

5th is a fold by me, pretty "standard".
as for raise its hard to say?
it could be good push out the people with high cards, find out if someone actually has you beat (if they reraise) [maybe you'll have to call a raise on 3rd, but u can lay down on 4th if you get a brick and they hit low.] its not like your raising with a horrible hand anyways.
bad side, your might have to call a reraise, and might be behind slightly. if they brick your good, if you brick then toss????

3rd = ok
4th = seems ok in the long run, he has a dangerous board and you are far from a made hand. you did raise and he did call you.
5th = good

im still new sooo.....dont take this stuff seriously ;p

Id raise 3rd. Im not sure what I would do on 4th. That 4 is a fairly likely card to pair him and I wouldnt fear a c/r as much as you and betting may allow us to get him to fold later on in the hand, but Im still not sure that Id bet. 5th is an easy fold. We have a 3 card hand in a fairly small pot against someone with a strong board.

yeah i just that gut instinct like dude you paired the 4 oh well that jack killed my hand off.

Seems like the most likely card that would have paired him based on the other cards that are out.

Bet 4th. A check raise isn't a big deal on the SB streets. Because you raised 3rd, and caught a baby here you MUST bet it - consider it a standard CB, just like betting the flop after being the PF raiser in hold'em.

5th is a fold of course with your hidden pair.

Yeah, I take a Complete 3rd, Bet 4th, Fold 5th line here. With all thosee cards gone for our hand, a bet on 4th is the best attempt to take the pot. If that fails, abandon ship.
