Call and re evaluate turn.

Villian has 50bbs. I just get my money in with tptk. I would probably min raise him back on the flop and shove turn if he just called.

At 100bbs deep I would call his minraise and fold to a decent turn bet as long as I was sure he wasn't doing this with AJ.

The utg limp/call sure looks like a small pocket pair here though so I'd be worried about a set. But as I said, for 50bbs I get my money in with tptk.

the turn is going to tell us very little, the board is dry and the only card that can really improve you, if you are behind, is a K that might give you a better 2 pair, but even that 3 outter isn't going to help you with the set he is representing.

repop the flop to $20ish and call/fold to shove depending on if your opponent is NoSup4U or not.

Certainly looks like 66 or 44. He led very weakly to make you put money in the pot and then minraised you. Even though minraising is aggrovating and his extremely weak lead is sort of a misstep, I probably lay it down. It certainly looks like he is trying to keep you in the hand with those weak plays. I really think that most of the time when people have these retarded, bet weak - minraise a reraise, lines they generally turn up with a big hand. That means you're playing for half the pot at best, usually. The board is so dry that he's not doing this with anything that you can justify a call with. Villian could have 64s, 44, 66, AK, AQ, A6s, A4s. I'm going to venture a guess that he's not 3 betting you with AQ, so you don't beat anything else. Just fold it.

The min-bet/3 bet is a set almost every time. I would be highly suprised if this was anything other than 44 or 66. He is trying to sucker you in for more money and it looks like you are going to need runner runner to improve.

Meh our raise so small though.

Id call his flop 3-bet and let him shove into me on the turn so we dont push him off bluffs with a flop push.

RR to $20. It'll redefine where everyone stands, since you have played AK so weak on the flop. Folding to a push is fine.

EDIT: didn't realize villain was already at half his chips .... I might call and re-evaluate on the turn, although I'm pretty sure we're seeing all the chips there anyway. Maybe pushing the flop isn't bad under the circumstances. This is why I don't slowplay. We lose clarity of where everyone is at in the hand.

People who can't afford full buy in have tendencies to make stupid plays but I'm not sure this is one. If he is deepstacked I think we either call flop and fold to turn bet or just fold outright but with his stack I might be going to the felt with this. He has us beat a lot but if we call his min reraise, his push on turn will be less then the size of the pot (17ish into a 24ish pot) and we should probably be calling that as well.

Sage advice. Sure, I've seen this line several times end up being a set, but at these limits, I've also seen a villian try to bluff in this way with air. The stacks aren't deep enough to have to decide here.

To the OP: listen to NoSup4U, he's got a good head on his shoulders and gives excellent NLHE advice.
