Yeah, I'm pretty much in the same boat. Plenty of chick friends, no baginers on my pee pee in a while. Hence the training.

if I worked in a pizza shop for a living I would just give up and be happy settling at 250. good luck to you in alllllll that.

What you eat is easily as important as the excercise you do as well, you've gotta eat healthy - plenty of high protein, low fat - Tuna, turkey etc

I used to think the same thing until I started running regularly. the thing I always hated about any kind of cardio is that it felt like it took forever to do, and when I was done I didn't feel like I really accomplished anything except to be hungrier than when I started. after I run I really feel like I've done something. I like it.
and of course eating healthy is very important, but its amazing how many fat people I see going on their fad diets, eating all super healthy, and complaining about not being able to lose any weight. then you ask what kind of exercise they're doing and they say "none." well no shit fat ass, you have to move more to lose more calories. oh those silly fatties.
